Servings Per Container:
For adults, mix one (1) level scoop (approx. 750 mg) with 4-6 ounces of water or juice. On training days, take one scoop per 100 pounds of body weight prior to your workout. On non-training days, take one scoop per 100 pounds of body weight with your largest meal. For best results, consume within 10 minutes of mixing. Take this product with an adequate amount of fluids.
