Lime 100% Pure Essential OIl, 1/2 fl oz (15 mL) Dropper Bottle
The small spherical lime grows year-round in various warm climes of the world. Its crisp lemon-like scent is drawn from the green rind, which encases its juicy and unmistakably tangy interior. Both the pulp and the peel are widely used in cuisines around the globe, flavoring everything from refreshing drinks (think limeade) to nuanced entrees (Thai food, especially). Lime’s fragrance is clean, clear and cool, with a slightly sweet note that distinguishes it from its lemony cousin.

History of Lime
A key ingredient in many brisk and revitalizing beverages, lime has also been used for centuries in various exotic cuisines, including Asian, Latin and Middle Eastern, often as a cooling element to take the edge off of spicier dishes. Traditionally in India, lime has long been considered a deterrent of evil spirits, and is widely well regarded for promoting clarity and balance.
