Directions:
For adults, take 4 to 6 quick release capsules 1 to 3 times daily with 8 oz. of liquid. Start by taking 1 serving each day and gradually increase to 3 servings per day. For best results, drink 6 to 8 glasses of liquid during the day.

NOTICE: Take this product with 8 ounces of fluids. Taking this product without adequate fluid may cause the possibility of choking. Do not use this product if you have difficulty swallowing. If you experience chest pain, vomiting or difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product, seek immediate medical attention. Do not take before sleeping. Fiber products can affect the absorption of many medications. Do not take this product within 1.5 hours of taking medications.

This product contains Cascara Sagrada (Rhamnus purshiana). Read and follow directions carefully. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain because Cascara Sagrada may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health. Consult your physician if you have frequent diarrhea or if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
