Been taking this product for about a bit over 4 months. In the 4th month I noticed an unbelievable thing! I had a horrible problem with hair loss.I couldn’t wear dark coloured clothing for fear of hair sitting on the back of my garment or shoulders.When I washed my hair my hands were full of hair. I honestly thought I was heading toward baldness.Not a good look being female. Then one day a friend said to me your hair looks thicker and healthier what are you using? All of a sudden I realised I haven’t been having hair loss either! Or very minimal… I can wear black clothing with confidence now. My comb and brush aren’t filled with hair. When I look in the mirror, I turn with a smile no hair on my shoulders or back and walk away with a smile. Yes it took a while to get into my system but well worth the wait. Highly recommend Hair Skin & Nails... My nails are stronger and ..skin is looking a lot better, though I take and use other Piping Rock products as well for my skin, so don’t know if I can attribute only this product to that. I have very fine, thin hair. I've been taking another companies hair, skin, nail formula for years. But, I like Piping Rock and saw they had a comparable product that cost less so I tried it.
