Cissus quadrangularis, also known as veldt grape, is a climbing vine native to India, the Middle East, and parts of Asia. Its red berries have long been a staple of Ayurvedic and siddha wellness traditions thanks to their natural supply of ascorbic acid, carotene, and plant sterols known as ketosterones. Cissus also delivers antioxidant activity.**
