Directions:
For children 2 years of age and older, take 1 vegan gummy 30 minutes before bedtime as Melatonin may produce drowsiness. For best results, allow your child to sleep for more than 6 hours. Take only as directed. Do not exceed recommended dosage. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your child's pediatrician.

These have actually changed our lives! 4 year old hasn’t been asleep before 11pm in 4 years. Up and down all night then grumpy the next day. At my wits end with spending every night battling to get her to bed I purchased these as a last resort. Checked them and researched they are completely safe and natural. 1 gummie at bedtime, 45 minutes later she was fast asleep and slept for 12 hours! Woke in a good mood ready for the day. Obviously not for every day use but once in a while these are lifesavers!
