MuscleFit Protein Powder is an excellent supplement for my needs. Being 65 years old, I am not using the product to build muscle, rather to ensure my daily protein requirements are met. I especially like the taste and the fact it mixes completely with water. Usually a lot of protein powders have lumps when mixed. I’ve tried a lot of protein supplements. This is bar far the best! It dissolves 100% with just a shaker bottle. No lumps. No clumps. It’s is by far the best tasting protein ever! It has absolutely everything that a protein supplement should have and I have seen major gains in muscle mass and performance in just the 3 month as that I’ve been using it.
