Directions:
For adults, take 1 coated caplet 1 to 2 times daily, preferably with meals.

NAC is SUPPOSED to smell bad! That's the sign of a pure and potent product. It's just the nature of the product. If it didn't have that 'NAC smell,' I'd wonder about the quality.
