Piping Rock's roasted, salted pumpkin seeds are amazingly good! The seeds themselves are large and plump, there is a very low ratio of "bitter" meats in every 1 pound bag, the shells aren't so thin as to crumble when opened, and though I feared they wouldn't be salty enough for my taste, they are quite salty. Therein lies the rub: the 1.2 oz serving size packs an incredible 3620 mg punch of sodium, or 151% of your sodium intake's daily value, so enjoy them sparingly!Piping Rock's roasted, salted pumpkin seeds are amazingly good!
