I bought this to help with cravings and as an appetite suppressant. I thought having to take it 45 minutes before I ate could be managed by setting an alarm to remind me however, it was at times a challenge due to a hectic schedule. Their instructions say "take 45 minutes before each meal, twice daily". That's very inconvenient for me. Have not been able to test its effectiveness in any way.
