The most common size of empty capsules is double "00" but they are also available in single "0" and triple "000" sizes. Double "00" capsules can hold approximately 600-1,000 mg of nutrients, while the smaller single "0" can contain around 400-600 mg and the larger triple "000" can feature in the range of 1,000-1,200 mg.
