How much does Piping Rock shipping cost?
For orders under $40 within the United States (48 contiguous states), our flat rate standard shipping cost is only $3.95. For orders over $40, standard shipping is FREE!
Do you live within the 48 contiguous states and want your order faster? No problem! We are proud to offer 2nd and Next Day Air Shipping for an additional fee.
Our standard shipping rate to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico & U.S. Territories is $7.95.

All Piping Rock standard shipping is via USPS, UPS or FedEx. We are proud to offer several carrier options for shipping internationally. You will have the option to choose which carrier during checkout.
How long does it take for Piping Rock to ship my order?
We ship 90% of in-stock items on the same day that you order them, as long as you place your order before 12pm EST. Orders received after 12pm EST will ship the next business day.
When will I get my shipment?
Depending on your location, your order will arrive 2-8 business days after it is processed. To keep you posted, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse that will include a tracking number for your order.
Where does my order ship from?
All Piping Rock orders ship from our facility in Ronkonkoma, New York. We never drop-ship products. By keeping all shipping in-house, we can guarantee quality, speed and accuracy in your order fulfillment. Piping Rock’s direct-to-you shipping model makes it convenient and affordable to get the world’s highest-quality nutritional supplements. Important notice regarding international shipments
There are many country-specific laws, regulations and restrictions that may impact our ability to ship your order and your ability to receive it. We recommend you contact your customs office to understand what regulations and restrictions may apply to the items you are ordering. Your local customs regulators may delay your order or reject it from being delivered based on your local laws. In addition, you may incur higher-than-expected import duties, tariffs or brokerage fees, your order may not be deliverable, or customs may quarantine or return your order back to us upon their inspection.
Any duties, tariffs, brokerage fees, or local taxes that may apply to your order are your responsibility. We cannot anticipate or estimate country-specific duties, tariffs, brokerage fees and taxes that may apply to your order. It is your responsibility to research and understand these fees and pay them once levied.
Our prices do not reflect any of these additional charges. These fees are determined by local customs office and we are not responsible for any such fees incurred.
Please double-check to ensure that your shipping address, phone number AND email address are all entered and 100% accurate. This information may be used by the shipping company to contact you if there is a delay or any other problem with the delivery of your order.
Important notice regarding Canadian shipments sent out via UPS
Canada Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties and other taxes of goods (e.g. excise tax). A brokerage fee is also charged to process shipments and present the requisite customs paperwork to Canada Customs on the importer's behalf. Your order will be shipped under UPS' e-Tailer Brokerage Program (eBP), where eligible shipments imported into Canada for non-commercial purposes and valued under CAD $200 shipped via UPS Standard service are subject to a reduced brokerage fee of CAD $10+, plus any applicable duties and taxes. Shipments valued at CAD $200 and above and/or being imported to Canada for commercial purposes and/or subject to specialized clearance may incur additional fees. Please be aware that UPS will request payment of these charges at the time of delivery. You have the ability to call UPS ahead of time (1-800-742-5877) to pay these charges, eliminating the need for payment on delivery.
Some products are banned or considered illegal in certain countries. Please check with your local authorities to ensure any products you are shipping are legal and do not require additional permits to receive. Restrictions around items can change from time to time; we strongly recommend checking with local authorities on the most current and up-to-date list of permitted items.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change our shipping policy at any time by posting revised terms to our Shipping Policy. It is your responsibility to check periodically for any changes we may make to this policy.
