International Shipping Rates
International shipping rates are based on the delivery’s destination in addition to the weight and size of the order. Please note that all payments are in United States Dollars (USD).
To find out how much your shipping will cost, simply add your desired items to your cart and begin the checkout process. Once you have entered in your shipping and billing information, you will see a payment summary with the calculated shipping cost and a new total for the order.
We are proud to offer several carrier options for shipping internationally. You will have the option to choose which carrier during checkout.
Import Taxes & Duties
When ordering internationally, you may incur higher-than-expected import duties, tariffs or brokerage fees, your order may not be deliverable, or customs may quarantine or return your order back to us upon their inspection.
Any duties, tariffs, brokerage fees, or local taxes that may apply to your order are your responsibility. We cannot anticipate or estimate country-specific duties, tariffs, brokerage fees or taxes that may apply to your order. It is your responsibility to research and understand these fees and pay them once levied.
Again, our prices do not reflect any of these additional charges. These fees are determined by local customs offices and we are not responsible for any such fees incurred.
Declaration of Value & Product Description
Due to international shipping laws, your shipping label will include the full value of your order minus the shipping cost.
We include an itemized invoice with every order, which indicates the name(s) of the product(s) ordered, how many of each and the individual cost of each.
Importance of Your Contact Information
Before submitting your order, please take a moment to double-check and ensure that your shipping address, phone number AND email address are all entered and 100% accurate. International shipping services require this information in order to contact you in the event of a delay or any other problem with the delivery of your order.
Due to certain shipping restrictions and prohibited products that vary from country to country, we are unfortunately unable to ship some items and ingredients to certain locations. These restrictions are subject to change at any time. For your convenience, we have compiled a list of current shipping restrictions found here and will update the list as restrictions change.
In addition to this list, we strongly advise that you confer with local Customs authorities on the most current up-to-date list of permitted and restricted items.
Piping Rock Health Products is not liable for packages refused or held by customs for delivery.
There are many country-specific laws, regulations and restrictions that may impact our ability to ship your order and your ability to receive it. We recommend you contact your customs office to understand what regulations and restrictions may apply to the items you are ordering. Your local customs regulators may delay your order or reject it from being delivered based on your local laws.
All international orders are eligible for return for 60 days from the date of your order. You may only return an unopened item. It is important to note that, in the event of your order being returned to us due to a banned or restricted products policy, an incorrect shipping address, a refusal to pay customs fees or acceptance of the order, or if there is no one available to accept your order, we will refund your credit card/PayPal account. You will receive the total amount of the order minus the shipping charge, all discounts and a 20% re-stocking fee. You will also be responsible for any other outside charges such as warehousing fees or return postage fees.
If the cost to return the order is greater than the total amount due to be refunded, we will instruct the carrier to abandon your order and you will not receive credit. If a product is seized by customs, you will not be issued credit for that product.
When returning a package, please note refunds cannot be issued until the returned package has arrived to our warehouse. We cannot offer refunds for orders shipped via International Airmail that are lost.
♦ If you choose DHL as your shipping method, it includes tracking information and is generally delivered faster than International Airmail.
♦ If you choose International Airmail, your package will undergo less inspection and will be subject to fewer duties through customs. However, this option does not include tracking information and generally takes longer before being delivered.
Changes to These International Shipping Policies
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change these International Shipping Rates at any time by posting revised terms to the International Shipping Rates. It is your responsibility to check periodically for any changes we may make to these Rates. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of changes to these rates or other terms or policies means you accept the changes.
