Points are approved 14 days after your purchase. If that purchase impacts your rewards tier, any tier upgrade will also be reflected after the same 14 day period.

To redeem your points:

1. Log in to your Piping Rock account.
2. Visit your dashboard.
3. Go to the 'Redeem Your Points' section and choose your preferred reward.

After logging in, your current points balance will be displayed at the top of the Rewards page.

Yes, your points will expire after 12 months of inactivity in your account.

If you return an item, any points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your balance.

Your birthday points will be awarded on your birthday!

Note: If your birthday is entered within one day of the actual date, your gift may be delayed until the following year.
