Blond Psyllium (Plantago ovata Seed Husks).
Directions:
Stir 1 rounded tablespoon into at least 8 ounces (a full glass) of water or other liquid. Drink immediately as it gels or thickens quickly after being mixed in liquids. Taking without enough liquid may cause choking.
